When I click on "upload" nothing is happening I have a JS error in my console :
"Uncaught ReferenceError: phPlupload is not defined"

Hi,
I have just tested this under similar conditions and I am not experiencing this problem, which suggests that your JS error could be the culprit.
However, you could still try updating your versions. Perhaps this will bring an improvement:
Joomla!=4.4.13
Phoca Commander=5.0.1
PHP=8.2.28
