1 can croissant rolls chunky salsa shredded mexican mix cheese sour cream (optional) jalepenos (optional)Take rolls out of can - do not roll up just yet.  On them, spread salsa, cheese, etc.  then roll loosely.  Bake according to can instructions.  Take out and enjoy!  You can also have extra salsa to dip!!  (I've also made them where I have taken cooked shredded chicken breast and added it to the croissant....YUMMY!!!)

Chips: Open bag, eat. Or for a little more decoration: open bag, pour into bowl.Salsa: Remove outer wraper, open lid, eat salsa w/chips. More decorative: pour into bowl.

If I were to go (or be invited) to a Super Bowl party, this would be a possible snack.EASY VEGGIE PIZZA1. Heat oven to 375.  Press 2 (8 oz.) cans Cresent Roll dough into ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan to form crust. Bake for 13 to 17 minutes until golden.  Cool.2. Combine 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, and 1/8 garlic powder. Spread over cooled crust. Top with assorted chopped  fresh veggies. Cut into squares to serve.

Nachos are yummy!!I fry hamburg and add a packet of taco seasoning, spread over tortilla chips put on shredded cheese and put in the oven for the cheese to melt...when you take it out of the oven add lettuce, tomato, black olives, green onion, salsa, sour cream...and any other kind of nacho stuff you'd like. My brother makes his nachos with nacho cheese doritos rather than tortilla chips...they're really good!!

I love this dip, but when I make it I eat the whole crock pot full, so I make it only occassionally.Cheese DipIn a crock pot put in1 pound Mexican Velveeta Cheese1/2 pound regular Velveeta1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup1 jar salsaLet cook until cheese is melted (about 1 hour)While cheese is melting brown 1 pound of groud beef and drain.  Add to cheese mixture and let cook for about 2 more hours.Serve with tortilla chips.Looks very ugly - we refer to it as dog food dip - but the taste is great.

Yum..I love the cool veggie pizza, it is so good. I made a good recipe one year called Touchdown Taco Dip. It had salsa, refried beans, sour cream, taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives. Dip corn chips into it and it is so yummy.kRene'
