This baby girl is doing fine now but police have no idea who she is. Since no signifigant leads have been made, they say she may be from the US so, please take a look.Here is a link to a news article about her.http://www.thestar.com/News/GTA/article/299912

I think to myself that maybe the Mom and/or Dad have been harmed and so someone dumped the baby.My dd is the same age as this little girl. I couldn't imagine leaving her in a cold stairwell. Don't get me wrong, I know some people shouldn't be parents.
