A dear friend and coworker of mine went in for gall bladder surgery on Friday and was set to be released yesterday. Unfortunately saturday morning she went into congestive heart failure, by the time I got to the hospital yesterday around 6:30 her organs had already started shutting down. Around midnight last night she died. I am heartbroken as well as our staff and students. Her husband and son are completely devasted. Her husband's birthday is today as well. Please say a prayer for Marsha and her family as this is going to be very difficult for all of them. She was only 54 and her son just turned 20.
