Erin Go Bragh!

cold grey rainy day. Supposed to last through the day and early evening like this.  Then poof tomorrow back to spring like weather .

I got out in that garage yesterday and cleaned for a couple hours.  Not totally done yet but it looks so much better. Then lol rewarded myself with Taco Bell for Sunday supper.  lol

i need to go to the post office today and that’s about it.  Also need a couple bday cards for next week so thinking some time spent at the craft table too.

have a lucky day!  🍀 🍀
Yay for getting enough cleaning in the garage that you rewarded yourself!!! Have fun making those cards!!!

We are so boring (and old). On St. Patrick's Day we used to go out and party. Now the most exciting thing we are doing today is making a "Jigg's Dinner" and watching "The Quiet Man".

I hope everyone has a great day!

Hello Cherries! Happy St Patrick’s Day!!! It’s cloudy and chilly here today. Cold enough to freeze things last night. Tonight we’re supposed to get big winds again. They’re saying it’s supposed to snow 1-2 inches today but it’s supposed to go up to 39 too… Not much snow at 39 F!!! More like rain… We will see!!!

Our 3rd rooster left today. He’s gone from the lowest to the king of 10 hens all to himself! He should be quite happy! All I know is that things are already a LOT more quiet here!!! Yayay!!!

Not quite sure what I’ll get up to today. SOOOO many things I need and should do but we are both fighting the lazies… lol! He’s going to town for some plumbing stuff so I’ll probably get some dishes washed. Still don’t have running water but it’s coming along… Once again I wish I could wiggle my nose and it would all be finished! Lolol!

Have a great day Cherries!!!

Sounds like a good day to me Chris! What is Jigg’s dinner? Don’t think I’ve ever heard of that!

Happy St. Patrick's Day, friends! The Italian dh took the day off and is cooking for the week as well as making the corned beef dinner
Dh and I have been watching Irish movies all the weekends this month so far so we are a little Irished out by now, haha. DD doesn't have classes on Mondays anyway so we will all be here for St. Pat's dinner. I'm doing some copy editing and will have to iron today too. I made a St. Pat's card for them for one of the challenges, but that's it so far. Hope you all are having a great day!
Happy Scrapping!

Hey Cherries 😊
Work kicked my tail yesterday - and I've got that cold I've been trying to fight off! Sore throat last night and woke up to icky chills and aches and a slight fever this morning. Ate some mandarins and then went back to sleep for a little bit.
I have the next few days off work and am planning on resting today. I need to get better quickly; I have so much to do! 🤷🏻
Our temps dropped yesterday and it was 33° last night! Warmed up to the lower 50s again. Haven't even checked the weather for today. It's overcast though.
I DID watch a cute movie on Netflix last night, called The Electric State. DEFINITELY appropriate for the kiddos lol I'm remembering my nephews tell me about it lol! VERY cute!
Happy St Patty's Day, Cherries! 🍒 ❤️
Hope you feel better soon!

Not boring at all! You couldn't pay me to go out St. Patrick's Day weekend LOL! DD went to a friends bday dinner at a restaurant on Saturday and they all forgot St. Pat's falls on a Monday this year and were like what is going ON?? Until they remembered lol.  I love The Quiet Man!
Happy Scrapping!

There ain't nothin' wrong or boring about staying home today. DH and I don't go out and party anymore either on St. Patrick's Day. Last time we did something was in 2001 - when we started dating each other exclusively. Spring Break. We were in college :). :D wow...that was 24 yrs ago!!

Good afternoon cherries! So I made it to 2pm, working at my desk. I was T.I.R.E.D. Took a little cat nap, watched a movie on Netflix and now I'm working on my laptop. I tried making it to a full day....but that tiredness is something else! At least I'm not in any pain!

It's amazing how much surgery takes out of us isn't it?  You're doing great - walking and doing what you can and then resting.  Won't be TOO much longer and you'll be at 90% capacity.  :)
