Scrap a Day, March 6th
Hey Cherries. What a nasty, rainy, and extremely windy day we had yesterday. I was out in it all afternoon. Made a trip out to my vet to pick up some meds for Twinkie, then made a Costco run on the way home. Got gas there too and then a supermarket and a pharmacy stop. I was really glad to get home after all that. Today the sun is out and it’s 52 right now but feels like 43 because of the wind. I’m in all day today. My sister’s birthday is Saturday and I’m taking her out to lunch tomorrow so I’ll be making her card and wrapping her presents today.

Hope you all have a great day.

Chilly at 42 but sunny today!  We sure had a lot of much needed rain yesterday.  Nothing on the agenda today.  Did a bit of cleaning this morning and I will be hopefully catching up on some crafty projects today.

Funky weather here, too, Barb! It dropped enough to change to snow last night. Brr! 😂 Hopefully it's the last time! 🤞🏻
Have fun seeing your sister tomorrow! 😊 I bet you make her the most beautiful card! 😉

Temps dropped last night and the rain changed to snow! Brr! Hopefully this is the last of winter! 🤞🏻 😉
Catching up on the message boards this morning. I'm loving all the challenges. I started some backgrounds for a few projects yesterday! It feels good to get crafty again! 😊
I work at 4 this evening, so probably relaxing til then.
Stay blessed, Cherries! 🍒❤️😊

Happy Thursday!

Yesterday we spent the day on the road driving out to Seattle. Here until next Monday to celebrate my birthday. It was a gorgeous day for traveling and the roads were all bare and dry. You never know at this time of year.
No big plans while we are out here. Curtis wAnts to see his step mum.  Enjoy the DD’s company. And slightly warmer weather.

Re: Scrap a Day, March 6th
Good morning cherries. Took it easy yesterday afternoon while working from my laptop. Easy morning here - fed the pups and washing towels. I cut up a canteloup that we bought on Sunday. While drinking my coffee, I piddled in my scrap room. Put away goodies from orders in Jan/Feb including the scrappy goodies I rec'd for my birthday. Wrote out thank you notes to the 2 friends who got me those scrappy goodies and have those cards in the mailbox. Put Jan/Feb layouts into albums. And even came up with ideas for my Pet and Kid Challenges.

I'm in my office now, about to get started on work.

Hope everyone has a great day.

We had such nasty weather yesterday! The wind kept knocking out our power. It’s supposed to be windy this afternoon so I told I will reset the clocks on our range and microwave on Sunday when the time changes!

I hope to scrap today and the power stays on. Kind of hard to scrap when it’s dark.

Re: Scrap a Day, March 6th
Went across town and got my haircut today.  It is difficult for me to wash it and blow dry, so painful.  But she had roto-rooter and no water, so just a dry hair cut.  She made it look nice, so won’t wash until Sunday morning for church.  I am down to once a week.

I did a load of wash, and now doing the new LO sketch.  I have been playing CalvinBall this month.  If it get this layout done today , that will be 5 by the 6th.  Pretty good for me.  Maybe I can do 31! LOL

Re: Scrap a Day, March 6th
Cold grey rainy today and sunny tomorrow. Rinse repeat etc per local weather dude for at least next week and a half.  Only really good thing about it is no matter how little rainfall we get here on the valley floor, it turns to snow as it goes on up to mountains and that is our summer water .  Ain’t nature grand?

nothing happening all day.   Washed my hair and again wishing I had just called a repairman for pellet stove instead of letting my sons fix it.  Still sitting there taken apart and not working and I have no fire!!!!🔥. Yeah yeah they mean well and I love them. ♥️

have a good day.
