[The Scrap Attack]

Guys. It's spooky season! How'd we get here so fast? I admit I haven't gone to any costume parties for several years but I do love all the fall-flavored drinks at my local coffee shops and all the spooky attractions at all the Southern California theme parks! In honor of the year's spookiest month, this challenge is inspired by the witchy vibe of Taylor's "Willow" music video and eras tour performance.

This photo was taken from her live performance where she wears the same green velvet cloak featured in the music video. I really love how It looks with her yellow-orange dress so the challenge this month is to make a layout featuring the two colors dark forest green and yellow-orange dress, and of course, whatever other elements from the inspiration photo you want to incorporate.



Here is an example I just recently made. I included both colors along with some deep purple and some misting (because of the mist in the photo, get it??) and of course, all the spooky vibes. What will you add to your project? Forests? Gold accents? Velvet texture? Lemme see it!

Here is one I did, I used the forest green for the background and the orangish flowers. Other inspiration was the forest look (leaves).

I used paper with the yellow orange and green, misted green paint though it is hard to see. and added leaves as seen on the side of the photo.  Combined with Video Challenge.

I used the colors and the vines on the pumpkins reminded me of the vines in the photo and i put glimmer on the centers of the flowers to look like the jewels on her dress

My pics had a lot of the forest green already, so I added a few green + yellow-orange accents (had to ink up the yellow papers!). I used a tree background and wood accents, like what's behind Taylor in the inspo image, plus Taylor has a tie on her dress, so I thought the twine fit too. I combined this with the Lift challenge.
