I have finished!

Rather than make a 2 page spread, I made 2 separate pages that don't really go together. I hope that's ok. Here are my 2 pages:


I linked the above pages up to a couple of challenges, I hope that is ok. 

I added this acetate butterfly to one of Birgit's pages


and I stenciled bit of 2 clocks onto her other page:


My butterfly is drying and I want to make sure these pages are completely dry before I put them in and close the book. I will do that and mail it tomorrow or Friday when I'm sure everything is completely dry.

Thanks for  this, it was fun!

I like the two different looks! The color palette of the first one is beautiful. I am intrigued by the mouse-bird? on the second page plus the use of mushrooms (love mushroom ephemera but don't really ever know what to do with them!). Soooo pretty!

it's an acetate hummingbird from 49 & market kaleidoscope collection. I don't really know what to do with mushrooms either so this seemed the perfect place to use them.

I hav sealed it into the envelope and was going to walk to the post office this morning but it is raining. Even though the package is well sealed, I really don't want to risk getting it wet.  Mail can get soaked around here. I will mail it whenever the rain stops but this might be rain from the storm so it might not be until Monday. I will let you know when I mail it.

Louise, YOUR WORK IS GORGEOUS!! (LOL I KNOW it'll look even better IRL!)  
I ESPECIALLY love how you used the mushrooms lol I am not sure the best way to use them either but you've made it work beautifully!

I'm STILL working on the art journal, AND am trying to not take "too long" lol! I'm getting a little done before and after work, unless I'm JUST too TIRED!
