I'm back with my card using six strips of washi tape.
Here's the photo of the strips before I die cut it.
Here's the finished card. Do I get a bonus for using a strip of glitter washi down the side of the card?

I used striped washi for the top border, plus sign washi on top of each photo, and green washi as the base for the title and the sloth cluster.
Here's one from me. The background for the card is made entirely from washi strips with a matted cut apart card sentiment. It's for my DGD (who identifies as Slytherin!) - I plan to send it to her the first week of camp.
