I'm jealous of Dianne0601"s stuffed portabella mushrooms!  Sounds so delicious.
Today is my husband's birthday, so I picked up some lunch for him at the little Thai place on our island and ran it out to him at work.  We shared some chicken lettuce wraps.  I also had a frozen mocha from a coffee stand along the way.

My 3rd grader took meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and squash. They don't have microwaves... She was not amused.
