Would a fancy hat count for the crown bonus?

I have a picture of my grandson hitting a pinata. I'm not sure I can use the picture because he doesn't have a costume on. Please let me know if I can use this photo.

There must be some type of costume/accessory in the photo showing the festive mood.

Fancy hat would count as a festive accessory.  An actual crown/tiara is the bonus.

Would prom/homecoming formal wear count as festive "costume"?  There would be a crown involved...
If not, I'll stick to Halloween.

Sure!  Nothing like a prom...it's certainly a festive occasion for those attending.

I LOVED this challenge. Last summer I finished my wedding album minus this photo (us ringing the church bells). I could not find it anywhere. Then I found it and realized that hubby's eyes are closed so it has been just sitting on my desk. Today I decided I don't care that his eyes are closed, I love this picture, how I am looking at him and how happy I look. The lace parts on the top and bottom of the picture are actually the appliques from my wedding shoes (also sitting here forever). Thank you Vicki for the push to get this scraped, closed eyes and all. Tiara for the bonus.
