For this background, I stamped the compass images with Versamark and embossed with both a blue embossing powder and some holographic embossing powder. In the lower left corner, I stenciled through a "wheat" stencil with light modeling paste tinted yellow, then covered it before dying with holographic embossing powder, allowed it dry, then heated to set the powder. In the upper right corner, I stamped a geometric design with Versamark and embossed with gold embossing power. And finally I inked through a stencil to provide some random splatters. The background paper is an all over design with compass images.

Oops! I forgot to say that I added Vicki Boutin creativefx pastes.
I used 2 different colors of mist-purple and pink. I stamped white gesso on my paper.

I may have gotten carried away. I tore my paper and stenciled a chicken wire shape on it.
I randomly stamped "You're So Sweet" in yellow and sprayed Glimmer Mist.

Here’s mine for step 2. I stamped the black dots, stenciled the words and added the black rings to the side
I'm trying to push my boundaries this NSD. I tried some distress crackle paint and a stencil. It didn't work great but it will look fine with my pictures I think...
Sorry for the bad photo. It's so dark and rainy here Anyway I stitched a flourish border on my paper
Happy Scrapping!

Here is mine.
I used a stencil and distress oxides to apply the hearts .
And then misted with Mr. Huey's ink.

I used a stencil and stencil butter to stencil some large flowers on the lower left side of the paper. That was all I had the guts for lol. I got a little two heavy with the stencil butter in some places but I am happy with it.
The stencil butter looks gold but it is really a cool shimmery bright yellow.

I did mine digitally, and I have 2 options. The first one I combined with a glitter overlay and "blended" them together. The second one has digital stitching on it. I am leaning toward using the 2nd one, but if that doesn't meet the "rules," let me know.

I used a stencil to add additional green vines on the paper.

This was definitely a challenge for me as I haven't really done this before. I finally decided to use a big pattern stamp that I have and have never used. I stamped all over my paper and used embossing powder and my heat gun to create my own glitter paper. I ended up using the orange side of my pattern paper instead of the word side.

Either is fine, but pick one before the next step.

Well,…… this did not turn out well.! I tried 5 things! I sprayed A LOT of TH distress spray, picket fence! It soaked the paper and really had no effect! Blah, blah, stenciled Heidi Swapp Gold metallic texture paste, gold and made corner designs, used a sponge with Heidi Swapp magic medium, daubed ! And wink of stella iridescent pink on cloud outlines! Anyway it is buckled & warped, it is now being pressed out ! I think it will lend to the camp photos !
Okay...I'm going with the 2nd one.trainmom wrote: ↑Sat May 07, 2022 6:50 pmArt_Teacher wrote: ↑Sat May 07, 2022 3:38 pmI did mine digitally, and I have 2 options.
