Thanks to all the cherries who played along with the April Pet Challenge! It was a lot of fun to host it, and I loved seeing all of your work using paws! The winner, according to Random.org is.............#97 sherelm!! Congrats, Sher, I'll be sending your gc shortly!
APRIL FOOLS!!! I'm your April hostess for the Pet Challenge! I was super excited to get the Pet Challenge for our April switch-up, hope all you cherries can play along!
This month's challenge is all about PAWS! Whether your subject is your pet, someone else's pet, a zoo animal, anything can be your subject, doesn't have to be an animal at all. I just want to see you use paws in as many different ways as you can on your layout using your tools or supplies (paws in a photo don't count). For each way you use a paw on your layout, you will get an entry. I'm going to limit this challenge to one layout per person, but get creative with your paws and you can have LOTS of chances to win!
Using my layout as an example, I would get 5 entries. I used:
1. a paw stencil with texture paste (I stenciled 4 paws on my layout, but the stenciling counts as 1 entry)
2. paw sticker on my camera
3. there are paws in my patterned paper (yellow banner & title strip)
4. paw die cut with my Cricut (black circle)
5. paw punch on my banner
Please list your paws along with your layout so I get the right number of entries for you. Dig through your stuff.....use washi, a stamp, brads, flair, wood veneer, as long as it has a paw!
Here's the rules:
One layout per person
New work only, limited to paper layouts only (I want you to dig through those supplies!)
You can combine with one other monthly challenge that allows
Deadline is midnight, April 30, 2018
A winner will be chosen using random.org to receive a $5 ACOT gift card from me!
I tried to cover everything, but if you have any questions, just ask them in this thread. Most of all, have fun and I look forward to seeing your work!

Love your challenge and your example. I have lots of ways to use paws and can’t wait to do this challenge.
Mildred - Mom to 2 girls and a husband (I tell people that I am a single mom of 3. Ages 59, 37 and 31) lol. And a proud Grandma to Orahn (7) Sawyer (5) and Mazie (3).
I love this challenge! I just saw a paws border punch yesterday, that I forgot I had.
I love your example!

Fun! and they are all right ~ your page is perfect!
Usually when I do a page about my cat I don't get out the "pet" themed supplies... but your challenge prompted me to, and I have a little different subject this time! For Paw prints I've got several so list top to bottom:
- cut aparts walking up and stomping on the heart
- on the "asterisk" border, arrow and pinwheel stickers (they're all stickers so I guess counts 1 ?)
- the alphas
- rub ons beside the mat
- preprinted journal card
- diecut "sun" behind the doghouse
- (I don't know whether to count the ones on the "beware of dog" sign on the doghouse?)
- tiny little one on the heart in the puppy's mouth
and I combined with the Rewind (Mar StashKit)

camera with a paw print in it
rubber stamp paw print,
a paw print by the cat if it counts. I count six but not sure if they all count!

I used paw prints four different ways. Paw prints on the Dog-tionary, puffy stickers on journaling block, journaling card and stickers on bottom right photo. Combined with the April GD #2 Challenge.
It was fun digging thru my stash for "paws"! I found 5 different kinds: pp, washi tape, sticker (love), stamp(on the scallop tag), ribbon(on the scallop tag)
I combined your challenge with the movie madness challenge!

For the Pet Challenge using paw prints...this is what I came up with.
1. paw prints washi tape-right side of photo
2. paw prints on the blue pattern paper
3. paw print strip cut from pattern paper
4. paw print die cuts above title
5. paw print stamp
I combined with the Stash Kit Challenge and I lifted your layout.
