And here is my take on the two page sketch:
Here is mine. I love, love, love the sketch and will use it again.
For the Take Your Pick Sketch Challenge I did the one page. The photo is my baby sister. The journaling reads: Leah you have been my strength and my courage. My shoulder to lean on. I love you more than words can say. If I wanted or needed anything you were there without hesitation or complaint. You have been at my side day & night during every procedure, every appointment. I could not ask for a better best friend or sister. God broke the mold when he made you. I can not imagine a life without you.
I enjoy your fabulous storytelling on your pages,. Jump in, I'd love to see what you come up with!Ayla wrote:I love this! I am a huge journaler, when I actually get my butt to scrapping anyway. Maybe this can get me jumpstarted!

Sketch #1
After I finished the page for this challenge, I realized I needed to do journaling for this page. It's just a portrait, so I guess I do not qualify for this challenge. But I do like how this one turned out:)

An expert at anything was once a beginner!
I really loved that first sketch - here's my take on it
I also used this for the rewind challenge

Here is my take on the first sketch. The photo was taken just before the Anzac Day Dawn Service in Villers-Bretonneux in 2014 and the journaling is the Ode of Remembrance.

Great sketches Stacy. I did the two page layout for my pictures of my grandkids at the beach during Fall Break.
Loved the sketches! Here is mine for the one page sketch.
I used the first sketch (loved it!) and combined with the Creation Every Other Day challenge.
Happy Scrapping!

Looks like in my haste to get up to Mom's earlier this month, I forgot to post my first layout for this two-page sketch challenge here, so here it is! I combined it with the Disney challenge this month.

I chose the two page layout to lift. Also, my journaling is tucked behind on a tag. Thanks for the challenge.

GREAT layouts ladies! I love all the different versions of the sketch. I so wish I had stumbled onto this one sooner. I actually have a couple of pics I just pulled out last night that I am going to try and get on a layout and will require some journaling to go with. I think I will still use one of the sketches to get the mojo going even though it won't be in time to complete the challenge.
Here's mine
I journaled next to the paper strips at the bottom and under the left photo.
thanks,
