This was so much fun. At first I couldn't find a non traditional item, until I came across the photo frame. It is a laser cut photo frame that the back was missing. So I thought "Why Not".
1) rounded corners - bottom tag.
2) at least 1 star - in the middle of the circle.
3) at least 3 layers - the 3 flags up in the left corner.
4) sprinkles - the gemstones on the frame.
5) splatter/misting - I misted the frame a brown color but didn't cover it entirely.
6) only 1 photo - 1 photo of Ms Molli being silly and looking like a Bat Dog.
7) at least 1 circle - 1 circle on the flags.
8) NO journaling - I will add it later.
9) penwork - I used black pen on the orange chevrons.
10) and for fun-- throw in one non traditional/found element - wooded picture frame.
Mildred - Mom to 2 girls and a husband (I tell people that I am a single mom of 3. Ages 59, 37 and 31) lol. And a proud Grandma to Orahn (7) Sawyer (5) and Mazie (3).
Ha ha....I really had to WORK for this one!
I got all the required elements on this one page: =13pxrounded corners, 3 stars, 4 layers, seed bead sprinkles, misting, one photo, two circles, NO journaling (that killed me!), penwork in the border stitching, and my stretch for a nontraditional item is the black bottle cap.
Thanks for the challenge!

great job Kathy!!! thank you so much for stretching and doing the my challenge!!!!!!
This was a challenging challenge...but I think I got it all. (1) rounded corners, (2) at least 1 star- I used 5, (3) at least 3 layers- all under my picture with rounded corners (4) sprinkles- I created a border (sort of) with hole punches and then glossed them with Glossy Accents for some shine (5) splatters- I chose to water down some white acrylic paint to splatter and "smudge" around my layout (6) just 1 photo, (7) 1 circle- peeping out from behind the picture (8) NO journaling (9) penwork accenting on my circle, (10) found object- this is where I got stumped- so I wandered into my son's bedroom to "find" something and came across a sewing kit with these perfectly colored straight pins in it.
