Scrap Stash Buster Challenge:
Traditional Scrappers Challenge: You know that basket or drawer full of scraps and off-cuts from previous layouts or craft projects? You know, the ones you just couldn’t bear to throw out? Your challenge is to create a layout using one full sheet of cardstock for the background, but the rest of your paper should only be from your scrap stash. You can use embellishments, ribbons, stamps, or any other items, just don’t cut into to any new paper!
Digi Scrappers Challenge: You know all those kits you purchased and have used for only one layout? Well, your challenge is to use at least two of those kits… together! Mix them up and use them to create a layout or other project. When you upload be sure to include the name of the kits you used.
Hybrid Scrappers: Use your scraps and at least one digital kit that you have only used once. Be sure to include the kit name!
*This is open to Paper, Digi, and Hybrid. Upload them to the gallery and link it back to this thread by April 30st, Friday, at 11:59 PM EST. Winner will be selected Wednesday, May 2nd and will receive a $5 GC to ACOT.
Tutorial & Extra Chances to Win!!! :
I have written a tutorial documenting my process from {Start to Finish} in creating my layout below. You can view the tutorial and download a printable PDF onmy blog. Also, I have a contest on my blog to go along with this tutorial. I will be giving away a $10.00 Gift Certificate to A Cherry On Top. This is separate from the challenge and prize listed above. I LOVE your LO, and I have a drawer FULL of scraps waiting to be used. I will definitely give this a shot! Thanks for another great challenge!
Susan
And if we are bi-scraptual, can we enter multiples (one paper, one digi)?
Laurie
I have a few scraps!:winkb: lol! Terrific challenge!!!

Laurie,
That is a good question! I think, though, to keep it fair to those who are not bi-scraptual, we should keep it to just one entry (either paper or digi).

Ok! No problem...now to decide - I have plenty both ways.

Gorgeous layouts Susan and Heather! Aren't punches wonderful for using up scraps? Susan, I love how the circles in your layout mimic the circles in your photos. Clever! Heather, your page is so fun! I LOVE the confetti circle scattered across the page! I am going to have to try this!
