Corpus Christi, Texas, born and raised 4th generation! Some people don't know where that is, even though we've got one of the largest ports in the country and its a good size city - roughly half a million. But if you don't know, its on the Texas Coast - between Brownville and Houston!

Conway, AR. Our claim to fame is Conway is the home of Kris Allen - American Idol winner.

Rockville, Indiana.....right now we are having the annual Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. It is held every year and over 2 1/2 million people descend on this area of farmland and usually very quiet country. The fall festival is usually great for taking pics, but this year with the lack of rain and high winds yesterday and today, the trees are almost bare of leaves.

Conway, Arkansas - 17 miles from the capitol city of Little Rock.
Sew Bee is from here, too!

Home of the world famous "Toad Suck Daze" family festival -- where beauty queens and politicians are seen racing toads!!!
Also the home of Kris Allen, American Idol winner a couple of years ago.
And Peyton Hillis, running back for the Cleveland Browns on the cover of Madden 2011 ( or 21 not sure!) football video game.

I grew up in S. Fla so we are hurricane 'sisters' so I sure did know where Corpus Christi was....

I live in Saginaw, Michigan, about 3 miles east of the ACOT warehouse! this is roughly 2 hours north of Detroit. But I grew up in Muskegon, 2 1/2 hours straight west of where I am now, on the shores of Lake Michigan!

Just across the lake from Seattle, in Bellevue, Washington...we have fog today...but promises for 70 F on Tuesday! The leaves have turned and are in brilliant colors..red, yellow, orange, dark purple.

I live in Helena MT...well, not really. I live in a burb. But no one EVER knows where it is. Even long time MT residents! It's called Montana City. I LOVE it here!!!
