ok...so the day and time is TBD but here is what you will need for your family/child's/your name frame
1. a square frame...8x8,10x10 or 12x12, just as long as it is square
2. white cardstock
3. B&W pictures{you can use color but I think B&W will be more dramatic} of your family members not too far away, but not to close up either...we are going to cut out their faces as a circle so keep that in mind...I am doing something for Abby's room so all the pictures will have her in it....you can also have 1 photo of each family member as well or group shots, just have a variety on hand we will use between 3-6 photos~
4. patterned paper that you like {I am going to do colors that will match the wall in Abby's bedroom}...this can even be scraps as long as they are big enough to cut in circles
5. black letter stickers {or any color you want that will match your patterned paper and embellishments}
6. matching embellishments of your choice remember, depending on the size frame and depth you get, your embellishments need to be fairly flat unless you get one of the 12x12 shadow frames like Michael's sells....
7. you will need something that can cut out circles, your Cricut, Creative Memories circle templates, large punches etc....it needs to be able to make a fairly decent size circle and your circle will depend on what size frame you get
here are some frame examples:
and if you are thinking the shadow box kind....
this is what I will be using:
1. black alpha stickers

2. patterned paper

I will also probably just grab some matching things from my stash like ribbon, brads and other flowers or whatever I have laying around....
ETA: I stopped at Joann's and got a 10x10 shadow box frame, white...but I am going to show you one in a 12x12 frame as well
Sneak Peek!!!!!!!!!!!! This is soooo cute.....and you will want to do one for every room
Awesome class! I definetly know what kind of photos I want to use. Thanks for posting this!:-D

Oh sounds fun. I grabbed a 12x12 frame at M's when they were on sale and it's still just sitting there.
All I need is some pics.

Perfect timing for me. I was thinking I needed to put up some pics in my scrappy room. This will be a perfect project. Thank you for having this class. I can wait to see how it is.
Mildred - Mom to 2 girls and a husband (I tell people that I am a single mom of 3. Ages 59, 37 and 31) lol. And a proud Grandma to Orahn (7) Sawyer (5) and Mazie (3).
I picked mine up at Michael's yesterday- they had a ton of different square frames, I think I ended up with 8x8, but I got mine for $3.50, they had lots of them on clearance or sale!
SAHM of 4- 2 girls and 2 boys! (and one very spoiled dachshund)
I got a 10x10 shadow box and a 12x12 regular frame so I am hoping to get 2 done
~Angie~
This is just what I need. I have several 10x10 frames that I bought for practically nothing and have been wanting to do something unique with them. I will be there!
