I hope you soaked in a tub of Epsom salts. It is wonderful after a fall and very soothing to muscles. Maybe tonight when you get home from work you can. Besides taking the time to relax, it is very beneficial to the body. Athletes soak in epsom salts, too. You can actually buy it in a bag just the right size to use in a tub. It is a couple of cups poured in the water, warm to hot; whatever temp your prefer. It won't take all the sorness away, but it sure helps. Good luck to you. (((Hugs)))

oh no Barb - I bet that was shocking - hope you feel better soon
Ouch! Hope you're feeling better soon! I'd be heading to the gym for a soak in a hot tub myself!

Just now seeing this.....
Since you wacked your head hard, you probably should go to the er for a CAT scan. You could have a ruptured blood vessel and not know it until it was too late.
A couple of years ago my half brother was found by my SIL all dazed and confused and groggy with slurred speech. She took him to the local er who proclaimed he had a stroke. She watched him over the weekend and not happy with how he was acting hauled him into UCLA's med center. Good thing she did because he had a brain bleeder. He had not had a stroke. He had fallen and wacked his head and did not remember doing it!

Oh, Barb I hope this afternoon you will update us! I'm so sorry this happened to you.
I took a very bad fall about 8 months ago and I have had to teach myself to slow down and be more careful. And my sentiments exactly on what Angela called the chair!

SusanZenn wrote:Aww Barb I hope you feel better!! Maybe by relaxing today you will ward off the aches tomorrow. At least your DH was there to help. I don't know if you remember but last summer I posted a picture of myself after my chair went out from under me too! I was all tangled up, also hit my head and what did my family do first? Run for the camera!! LOL! So at least you are getting some much deserved sympathy!!! It could be worse...you could be in MY house! Then you'd be making a layout about it!
I remember that post Susan!
Ouch!! Hope you are ok and not too sore at work! Sounds painful, and thank goodness your dh was there to help you and make sure you rested.
Hope you feel better, that's terrible.
Have a coke and a smile!
Hope your day at work was okay and you are not too sore!
Ouch!!! Hope tomorrow doesn't bring a lot of aches and pains.
Lynda
Sorry to hear about your fall but glad you are feeling better today and made it through work. Rest and take it easy. It is amazing how a fall can make you hurt all over.

Life is good, and even better when the SUN is shining!
Glad to hear that you are doing ok!!! Take it easy for the rest of the weekend.
Oh, Barb I'm so glad your only sore! Take it easy this weekend after rattling your brain from your fall. And hope it won't take the whole weekend to not be sore any more.
