I've been talking about it for years, but I actually have the dye in my hair- I'm going RED! Will be getting my hair cut this afternoon, so I'll post pics later!

oh wow! my dd just told me this morning that she wanted to go red. I keep telling her...you're 14. When you have a job that will pay for the upkeep, you can dye your hair whatever color you want!

Nice! I used to have my hair red, and then I decided to change it to a dark brown, almost black, but the problem for me is now that it keeps fading and turning red again. My mom's whole side of the family is redheaded Norwegians, so I guess it shouldn't surprise me.

I used light reddish blonde, but only used half a bottle, so it's not nearly as red as I had hoped, but it's got some nice highlights, which can't really be seen on my webcam...

I first went red at 14, and haven't stopped since then! Oh but I did have a job by 14 too

wow brave you. I dyed mine red when I was 17 and it was super long. Only kept it that way for about 3 months and that was years and years ago. I am sure it will look great

well this way you can ease into more red, but I think the soft change looks good! It's warm not bold.

Pretty color--always good to ease into a totally new color. You'll love being a redhead (said the woman who's been red so long that when she went back to dark brown, people wouldn't believe it was her natural color!!).
