Potato chips! So hard to resist and really hard to find a healthy alternative!

Copious amounts of chocolate and bread... oh, and rice crispy bars
I think you should be allowed bacon once a month or something... I mean, your doctor doesn't want you going CRAZY do they? :P

NO KIDDING!
And it does make me feel better that I'm not the only one who has to be a grownup about their diet! Sorry you have to miss your faves, ladies!
I love my turkey bacon!! I need a lot of protein so I have turkey bacon & an egg every morning for breakfast. What I can't have is sugar, though there are plenty of yummy sugar-free treats these days. I also can't do cheese as it makes me congested/wheezy (weird, huh?), so pizza would be the thing I wish I could have more of! We used to have it at least once a week.
As for a healthy alternative to potato chips, have you tried kettle cooked chips? They're so much heartier you don't need to eat as many and they're also healthier. Pita chips are also yummy & healthy.

Mochas..I could have one every day! But I limit myself to once a week.

It has worked so well for dh that all 3 of his levels are as If he were a teen and they were horrid AND he eats whatever he wants Our doc says she wishes she had bought stock in the cholestoff
