This is the layout that I'll be showing you how to create.
With just a change of paper - you can create a layout like this!

So glad to hear that some of you already have this cartridge! This cartridge is quickly becoming a favorite of mine next to Graphically Speaking and Accent Essentials!
If you are following along, here is what I've used for paper:
If you are following along, here is what I've used for paper:
- one 12"x12" piece of black cardstock
- one 12"x12" piece of white cardstock
- one 12"x12" piece of white cardstock4 pieces of complimentary 12"x12" color papers (I've used blue, pink, floral and then a green for the branches)
Step One:
Load a piece of 12"x12" black cardstock into your Cricut. First, we're going to be cutting the frame layer and border. I'm working with the images on page 37 of the Cindy Loo manual.

- (Keep the black cardstock in the Cricut)
Hi Dianne,
I'm here. I don't have this cartridge but wanted to follow along and then adapt it to something I do have.

Using the same piece of black cardstock that is already in your machine, we are going to create the border outline. This image is also on page 37 of the manual.
Now, you should have both of these pieces cut out.
- Press (shift), (border) and frame image
- You'll see (frame2-s) in your screen
- Cut at 3"
Now, you should have both of these pieces cut out.

You can always create the frame in a smaller size! Make everything work for you!
The holidays are coming up - maybe you can put the Expression on your wishlist!

For the next few steps, you'll want to have 4 complimentary patterned papers or cardstock!
Now, we'll be cutting the base part of the frame.

Hello! I'm jumping in. I don't have the Cindy Loo cartridge but I have a bunch of others.

Your next step is to figure out your photo! I decided to print my photos in black and white on both of the sample layouts.
- I printed both of the photos approximately 5.5" x 5.5".
- I tried to select photos where the faces were centered in the middle of the photograph. In that case, the face isn't covered by the sides of the frame.
