So here's what is on board for me today before I can even scrap or watch a bowl game..... GRUMP!


1) Send pictures of a bull calf to a client looking for a bull.
2) Count ballots for SLABA on officer elections
3) Work on logs for drivers to send to corporate
4) Bill out waybills so they can go to corporate
5) Dishes need to be done from breakfast
6) Vacuum and sweep cause the floor looks horrible from living on a ranch!
7) Fold laundry and see if I have another full load hanging around that needs washing.


I am going to get a layout up once I start on the pictures of the bull which is the first thing I HAVE TO DO! Maybe the closest thing I have to scrapping today.


So what's your BUT......keeping you from scrapping today?

I have to do the dishes and clean up from yesterday. Then, I think I can digi scrap. I don't have the room to paper scrap right now.

I have no scrappy supplies, tools or editing software available till January.

I feel your pain, I won't get anywhere near scrapping probably all week (though I *will* post the layouts I've done earlier this month for the Dec. challenges!). I have to do some more accounting work for the job I work from home on (and will be busy all week w/end of the year stuff for them). Dust and pick up around the house as my folks are coming over tomorrow for Christmas celebration here (plus we were bad & skipped cleaning last wkd). Print Christmas letters despite my picky printer, and START and hopefully make lots & lots of progress on sending Christmas cards out. Wrap gifts for the parents coming tomorrow. And practice music for worship tomorrow. Also get to bed in time to be up at 6:30 and still functional for worship practice tomorrow am & then church service & the afternoon w/the parents!!

Going back to my parents to spend as much time with my bro and family before they go back to CA tomorrow. It will be a great day, but part of me really wants to go get the Christmas photos and scrap them

Maybe the stuff on the to do list won't take long to do.

Actually, my list is starting to look like yours, however, I am scrapping - although it is for a customer!


My floors need to be vacuumed & mopped

"Stuff" just needs to be put away

Finish dishes

Clean litter boxes

Type up & send out minutes from a meeting I chaired 2 weeks ago!

Send out some Happy New Year cards since I missed some people from Christmas!



Oh, and now it's almost 3:30 and my sister & nephew are picking us up at 6:10 to go out to dinner, so I still have to jump in the shower & get myself together. Somewhere in there I need to have some java.

Ummmm, because there is no electricty at our house and there has not been any electricty for over 24 hours and it is down to 50 degrees in here. Plus, the fact that it is a heck of a snow storm and my husband has been scooping our lane with the loader for 3 hours and is still not anywhere near done so that we can leave our house and go to town and stay with my parents who do have electricty. Not to mention, the fact that I still have presents to wrap for a Christmas tomorrow and a house to clean. I think that about sums it up.

Wow Kim! Today I am doing absolutely nothing! Only thing I have to do is empty the dishwasher and put the next load in. That is IT! I told everyone I am sleeping in today and doing nothing all day! LOL! And I did sleep in... and I feel great knowing that I actually have nothing that has to be done! I really needed this after the last few weeks I've had where I was going non-stop every day.

You all are so busy! I was going to scrap today BUT...here's my excuse: DH bought me one of those big things that plays records, CD's, tapes and has a radio. I have wanted it a long time because I have so many 45's and 33's from the dark ages. I knew I had to make room for it in my scrappy room - it just needed more room than I thought. So I have stuff all over my desk and laptop and need to get more storage containers (probably baskets) tomorrow so I can find my desk again to scrap!

You sure had a lot planned for today! Hope you got it all done and still had time to scrap. I have spent the day cleaning our office/music room. Now all that is standing in my way is a shower and intimidation because I haven't done any in so long.
