I just ran my first half-marathon in more than 5 years!!! I guess the last one I did was in '04, and I made a goal to do it in 2 hours. I came around the corner & looked up at the finish clock. And, with my sucky eyesight I was squinting to see what it said - 1:58:28. So, I put my head down and sprinted it in - 1:59.08!! I'm totally stoked and a bit sore. I guess I can take it easy for awhile!
