Job Excuses to stay home and scrap

So after the crop, I feel so energized and eager to scrap. What excuses can I use to get out of work. Not that I'm actually going to do it, as I just came off a 8 day vacation. Just want to see what creative excuses you come up with.

My basement flooded... my dog is very sick and I have to take him to the hospital... my water pump broke and I have no water... I accidently backed into my garage and I have to get my car fixed... I painted myself into a corner and I have to wait until the paint dries.

See... I was also hoping you had some great excuses to stay home. I seriously considered calling in sick yesterday, but they seem to question it a lot more when you do that on a Monday!

My doctor said if I don't scrap today, I only have 24 hours to live...and I am holding the biggest client hostage too!

The fire smoke in the air is too much for the air filters and my eyes are swollen worked for me yesterday.
