For this Fast Scrap you need to scrap a card, but it must have some sort of window or cut-out in it! I want to be able to see something through the window... you can put something on the inside OR suspend something from the window like I did in my example. Use your imagination!

NO need for fancy cuts!! You can use a craft knife and cut a simple square or a circle punch...
