I'm getting ready to scrap my weekend trip I took last year to Canada. On the way there and back we stopped at several different places..... It all was included in the weekend....... So my question is.........would you scrap each thing seperate as in different back ground papers, and total different layouts.......Or would you do the whole weekend with one basic color back ground and do each thing we did on the same back ground color so it all goes together???

I would do several different layouts. I'd keep the "related" stops grouped together. But then, I think it's more fun to do several projects about one event! Besides, it keeps it visually interesting!

I tend to do each stop on a trip separately; but I do like seeing albums with matching paper. So, guess I am not much help.

I do mine as different events with different papers.

I tend to do mine as separate LOs, each with it's own theme and colors. Although, I am working on my Vegas trip using the GCD Canta pack, but I have a couple that will be on other papers.

I would go with different papers although they would all go in the same album. One background color may not go with all the photos plus it puts limits on creativity. If you want to maintain some flow go with papers from one line.

will they be in their own book? If so, I would make them match a little. If they are going into a bigger album I would do each separate.

I usually try to make facing pages go together. I would probably scrap the photos from each stop somewhat co-ordinated together to help diferentiate each event - if that makes any sense. However, if there was one particular photo or series of photos that called for something special I would still that.

I'd choose different layouts unless you WANT the layout to be about "your whole weekend" - know what I mean?

Personally I know I'd do them all as separate "events" and create unique layouts based on the theme & colors in the pictures. Have fun!!!

I would scrap each part of the trip separate and unique to that part of the trip. I like the variety in a vacation album. I generally only use matching papers and elements on a themed specific album.
