Do you TIVO/DVR/record tv shows alot to watch at a later time?
I have only used my DVR one time and then I forgot to watch the show before it was automatically erased....my friends seem to use theirs all the time......

We don't have a DVR. I try to use the VCR, but sometimes I don't get it quite right and the program doesn't record. LOL I don't get along with that thing.

I record Days of Our Lives and watch it in the mornings before work. I've missed the last few weeks, though, but it doesn't take much to catch up!

I used to tape Sandi Genovese's Scrapbooking shows. I have about 15 filled tapes I watch sometimes-especially when I have friends crop here. If there is something I want to see but won't be home, we will record it.

When we had TIVO we did it a lot. When we got stationed over here we eventually got the satalite box that had tivo style built in, but we don't use it much. And now, when we do it overheats!! WTF?! I mainly use it now just to pause the shows I'm watching while I tend to the kids or have a potty break, etc.

Yep...we have Brighthouse and it has that feature built in. BTW: if I don't watch a couple today, I'll lose them...thanks for the reminder.

We did at one time do a lot of recording. But with the kids not a home we do not seem to do it anymore.

We sure do, we don't have too many shows that we watch, but our schedule doesn't allow for us to always be home at that time, so we record them and watch them later

I use my DVR all the time. I have so many shows recording that it is usually recording all day long. Then I watch my shows later when there is nothing on TV that I want to watch.
