It seems like I'm always re-organizing, but this time I'm serious! A quick trip to Ikea and I think it's much better organized, plus I really freed up the floor space, so if a friend wants to scrap, I can put up a table in the middle of the room for them to scrap on. Plus, this was the "kitten" room, so it got cleaned to within 1" of it's life, including steaming the carpets and washing the walls.....smells totally normal in there again!


Anyway, here are some before/after shots...more in the gallery. I'll start with the "BEFORES"



My table area (before). They took up a lot of room and because of the amount of crap piled on them, I didn't have much working space!

WIDE open spaces on my desk! This is one of those monster sized desks from Recollections (bought one when they closed), so the desk is pretty big!

The piece that started it all. I went to my friends house on friday and they had this 1950's exam room medical cabinet that they were going to take to the DUMP!!!! Oh hello no! I took it, cleaned it up, painted the legs (they were rusting) and in my scrap room it goes!!!!! So stoked about this piece. Even has the original keys from the 1950's!!!



Inside of cabinet!!! I love it for all the flowers and buttons!!! Plus, it makes the room really pretty!!!

WHOA! That scrap room is GREAT! What a great job you did of fixing it up and making it quite the useful room!!! I really REALLY love that medicine cabinet--WITH KEYS???? You cleaned UP gettin' that beauty. Your creativity power is gonna explode with all that new re-organzation and room!!!
