Are you ready to party? For Challenge #1, create a layout with a fun party theme! (birthday, holiday, etc) You may use any scrap supplies that you like! Post your new layout to the Challenge #1 gallery by 2:00pm (noon) EST on Monday, February 23.
The Rules:
- NEW layouts only!
- Layouts cannot be entered into multiple challenges.
- Entering multiple layouts into one challenge will not increase your chance of winning, your name will only be entered into the drawing once.
- Layouts must include pictures, unless otherwise stated. in the challenge rules.
- Layouts can be any size, though please no smaller than 8X8.
