I don't have a belly button.
My hubby says everyone lines up in heaven and when you are ready to be sent to earth you are poked in the tummy like the Pillsbury Dough Boy and are pronounced "done"!!
He says I'm not done.

I had emergency hernia surgery when I was 18 month old and I just have a scar across my stomach -No belly button.
