We went to a friends noon wedding and then had a great time at their reception. After the reception we went to the casino for a little while. It was fun but I was so tired and we left by 8:30pm. No late nighter's for me!

We exchanged our usual two cards: one silly and one sappy.
He got a new speaker-thingy that his MP3 player sits into and plays music like a radio, sort of.

I got a new outfit.

Everyone in our house was sick all week, so nobody got gifts this year. I was going to make MIL truffles, but figured she didn't want food with our sickie germs on it, so I'm planning on making them for her this week. Oh, and some for us, too!

Oh, no. So much sickness going around. DS#1 threw up awhile ago.

We didn't do anything too unusual. We had our usual Sat. night movie and wine. DH gave me some potted tulips. The rest is a bit personal.

I got some black & white crop pants and a 3/4 sleeve black sweater. I returned the sweater cuz I didn't like the way the sleeves belled at the bottom.
(I didn't notice that on the CWC website) I can return the goods at work, so I exchanged it for a cute buttercup yellow cotton knit tank & cardigan set.

Here it is:

The crop pants aren't on the website any more, so I can't show you a pic. But they tie at the bottoms and are tres comfy.

I GOT A $50 GIFT CARD TO ACOT FROM MY DH!!!!!

My DH, sis and I went to the corvette museum (which we've always wanted to do). And that evening DH and I made dinner together - steak, shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus! Then we watched Ghost town all cuddled up. It was a great evening.

I got my cold from customers at work who don't know how to cover their mouths when they cough. So in turn I shared my cold with dh. Of course he has the worst cold ever according to him even though he can take medicine for it and I can't.

Yep. A Med. should fit.

If you're built with a small waist and large hips, most women who're bulit like that don't like this particular set because it's not tailored.

We were both sick so we didn't do anything. We watch a really bad movie and then went to bed in separate rooms since we both have different illnesses and don't want to share the germs and just swap what we are sick with. We plan to make it up next weekend though!
