Nope.  His first car had no floor, let alone any room to maneuver.  His second car was a Corvette, so that wouldn't have been easy either.  Then we got married and aren't that adventuresome.

I love learning more about my friends here, its fun.  And believe it or not I am getting a little (little) work done here too at home today.  Do you sew or crochet Jan?  I started crostitching when I was pregnant with my son, maade baby blankets, bibs, pillow cases, and even his Christmas stocking.  But, I can't sew a button on to save my life.  Goo figure!!

Favorite place you have visited in your travels Jan?

By the way, I thought that was your name, but I was afraid to use it without asking again...my mind's SHOT these days :winkb:

I think London.  I think all the royal history is interesting.

We have a casino about 15 minutes from our house that I've been to once.  I've been to Las Vegas once about 20 years ago and enjoyed seeing all the lights and stuff on the Strip.  When I go to the casino, I play the penny poker games.  When I've lost my $2, I'm done.

This has been so much fun for me.  I'm relatively new here and don't really know too many people, so it's been great.  I hate to sew, get frustrated with crocheting and knitting.  I used to do a lot of cross stitching and have made Christmas stockings for my DH, three daughters, their husbands and the five grandkids which turned out really nice.  But I'm with you -- I can't sew on a button or mend anything.

It's really hard to narrow it down.  I've been to so many wonderful places and loved most of them.  It would be easier to ask me which was my least favorite place (Morocco).  I have to say Spain, though, because that's like my second home.

It was the day before my daughter's wedding.  I was in the grocery store, in a hurry behind a poky elderly lady in the self check-out lane.  I thought she was finally done and started pushing buttons to do my order.  She wasn't.  She wasn't real friendly about it.
