 I agree with someone above....no handrails at work!!!  That is totally a law suit waiting to burst. My husband used to work for Intel in Oregon and it was a company rule that you had to hold the hand rails when using ANY stairs at work let alone ones outside in the freezing cold/ice.  Why was it a rule?  of course because of a law suit someone fell and slipped!  So I would suggest saying something about getting handrails at work!!!
