My dd is 2 1/2, ds is just 1, and dss is just 13

The weather here on the west coast of canada is mild and rainy. Have you read Twilight? That's about 3 hrs south of here and pretty much sums up 8 or 9 months of the year

 Do you have any good chicken recipes...I am tired of the old favorites.

Stuffing Chicken - the first time I made this my dh said it was so good that if I made it every day for a year he wouldn't complain! It has since become a fav and I make it a few times a month. It's great with rice or with mashed potatoes!

8 chicken breast halves
8 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use crm of mushroom)
1/4 c milk
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c melted butter

Place chicken in lg buttered baking dish. Place 1 piece of cheese on each piece of chicken.  Mix soup and milk together and pour over chicken.  Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and drizzle melted butter over it.

Bake at 350 for 45-55 min.  Let it set for 10 min or so, so the "goop" can set a little.

Sooo yummy!!

Autumn, there's still some of that summer heat hanging around, but the leaves are starting to look gorgeous, the sweet smells of the leaves mixed with the first wood fires of the season and the promise of warm cozy days to come curled up with a movie and a hot chocolate! All the goodness of summer with all the promise of winter!!

 I should have just asked you instead of starting a new post.  Can you tell me step by step how to put a signature in.  It's driving me crazy that I can't do it.  I can get as far as Edit My Signature and have the url from the Blinkie post.  Do I type it in exactly the way it appears there or is there some magic trick?  When I type it in as it appears on the Blinkie post that's all I get, no cherry.  Thanks.

Now that I've looked through the board, it seems that others are having problems as well.  Guess I'll wait until tomorrow and try again.
