 It would have to be Bobby Flay.  We have an Emeril's resturant here in town and I can go there when I want (and everything is ALWAYS yummy) and well, my mom cooks like Paula Dean...so Bobby Flay is my choice!

 u can come and visit me - we have a Paula Deen Buffet - I love the set up - it looks like a house - and you walk through a gift shop to get to the buffet part.
