I sit, always.  But I also notice I hunch forward a lot and my back has been killing me since early Saturday.  The heating pad would help, but its too hot to have the heat on me so I have been taking lots Aleve and its not helping much.  Maybe I should try standing more.

I sit.  Either in front of the computer to do digi OR on the floor (since I have no scrappy space of my own) to do paper.

I usually stand...until my back starts to hurt then I sit on a stool at my table.  My crop table in my room is higher than regular chair height.

I've seen pictures of scrap rooms with tables like that and always thought I'd really like one.  I know I want a regular one too..for when I do want to sit.  But I also quilt and it's SOOO much easier to stand and rotary cut but it kills my back to hunch over on my short table.

I only sit. Right now my scrapy area is the dinningroom table and since we live in a 2bd apt thats the only open space for me. So now we dont have a table to eat at because my stuff is all over the place. Someday I will have my own room,

I do both.  I find that since my back surgery, switching back and forth works the best for me.  And, I also am constantly getting up and looking for stuff.

I do both.  My back can't take either for very long periods of time.  I did get a very comefy chair and have the height adjusted so I sit up over my work and notice I don't hunch over as much.

I usually sit---and my butt will attest to this! And then I constantly get up to get something I need.  Then I stand for a few moments until my butt tells me to sit again!! :greenlol:

I do both, I usually stand when I'm cutting or arranging the layout, and I sit when doing detail work.

I mostly sit, but I am up and down a lot, especially when I scrap at home and keep running back to the computer.
