Hot off the press!!
Better check your state to see if there's any near you that are closing!
*Whew* Thankfully, none in Washington... yet!

Wow, this had me worried - luckily none are here. All of ours have gone 24 hours, too, that was their best idea ever.
None in Michigan, either. We all must be tired, thirsty people!
You think they could get away wtih closing the stores in the Starbucks capital?! lol

I'm surprised ours isn't on the list. I have a gift card I better use soon just in case.

Never been to one.
But I'm OK with that.

SHUT. UP.
I cannot beliiieeeevvve there isn't at least ONE closing around here. They're practically on every street corner around my house.
Seriously....I'm counting FOUR of them in a 3 to 4 mile radius, just around where I live.Zero closings in NC.

If life gives you lemons, go find an annoying person with paper cuts.
Yay - none closing in CT! We love the one in town (close enough to walk).

Only a few in Texas and only one of those close to Houston.
Starbucks are every where here. I really think they over built. There's one here in the Barns&Noble Bookstore and across the street there is a standalone Starbucks in the strip center there. Same stop light used to get into both strip centers! And then you go across the freeway and there's another one in that strip center. And I'm sure there's one somewhere in the mall across the street. They have all 4 corners covered!!! And then a little over a mile down the road there is one at the entrance to my subdivision, too.

Not that I shop at Starbucks, but about 6 months ago, one opened in town (6 miles away). It wasn't on the list, so I guess that's something for small town business.

Closing a Starbucks here in WA would most likely cause panic and rioting in the street, LOL!
Thank Goodness the one by my house is not closing. They are very nice there and I appreciate them.

Read it closely...there are 600 closing, that list is just the 50 closing this month, which means there are still 550 closing by the end the 2009 fiscal year.
for those employees. Like you all said, the customers will be ok...there are too many Starbucks around here, too.

None in Florida! We actually have two right across the street from each other. One has a drive thru and the other an inside seating area. We feel very metropolitan in our small litte beach town with 2 together like that.
I'm not late
Everyone else is way too on time.
0/3 for February
thankfully there have not been any Starbuckss near nough for me to get hooked; I have see them at rest stops on the OH and PA Turnpikes and that is when we used to travel back home to MI to family vacations

None closing here in Georgia, that is amazing. Around where I live they are so close together I don't see how they can all survive.
