I cannot believe anyone would be making an issue of  this!  1) It involved the perpetrator and him only,2) no bicycles were harmed during this act (and they're inanimate objects anyway), 3) it was done in PRIVATE where no one else was to be scarred by witnessing such a thing---but that's all changed now, 4) Have people nothing else to do that they would make something out of this?  Sexual Offender?  Come on! The invasion of privacy worries me the most..........
