I just realized that I haven't received an alert that a product has arrived for ages, even though there are quite a few listed in my account as requesting an alert. I know for sure that some of them have arrived in store. I've actually gone in and deleted some of the requests that were pretty old, and I've already ordered and received the item. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!:)

Sorry it took so long, but I found and fixed the problem. New product alerts should be working correctly now.
