 Yes, I've been getting alerts since they started them.

 OMGosh... that is so cool!  I can't believe I didn't know about this! LOL!

 I do it - it's one of my favorite features on the site. I especially like the back in stock alerts for things in my wish list and for my favorite companies.

Thank you soooo much for posting this.  I had no idea this option was available and I've been here for a couple of years.  (embarrassing, eh?)  I'm off to checkmark my favs.
