Family Tree idea

My son has to make a family tree for Spanish, but not in a traditional tree shape.Any ideas?

Like Draw it on paper? Or create objects?I like the puppetmaster Idea...each puppet can be a person being held up by strings moved by the puppet master...your son.Or Spanish Related you could do Pinatas with names on them.

If you have a Cricut what about using the PaperDoll cartridge, if you have one, and cut out each family member?Carolyn

I think the pyramid idea is neat and the stars too.I had an idea. Based on Days of our Lives. Where they say "Like sand through an hourglass so are The Days of our Lives".You could make an hourglass and have your ds at the top and then falling through the bottom of the hourglass odd circle shapes cut with deco scissors and saying "Like sand through an hourglass so are the many family members in our Lives".
