Can I just take a moment to express my great appreciation to this amazing company?! I have always had a great experience with customer service (aka Clint "The Man, The Legend" Bremer!) I kind of feel like he went above and beyond to help me out with my many orders, pre-orders, backups, refunds and shipping situations lol Things I didn't even think of and some things I did think of but didn't have to tell him!

I truly do make 99% of my crafty purchases at ACOT. I craft here, spend most of my leisure time here and absolutely love it. Thank you for the amazing community you have created. Your mama would surely be proud.

I will second, third, fourth, etc. everything you said, Jess!!  ACOT has the very best customer service ever.  I just had Clint help me split an order that was on hold because part was a PO that is now on BO and I needed the other items for the end of April. He was fast, efficient and as always, friendly through it all.  I link this awesome store in all of my blog posts and use gift cards to ACOT for the prize in my challenge blog.  I could never, ever say enough to promote this great store, the family that owns and runs it and the other employees.  ACOT is the very best and I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful community too!

I totally agree!!!! I shop very little at any other company!! You can not beat the amazing customer service, caring about us cherries, let alone the selection and great shipping deals!!! You guy are the BEST!!

I completely agree with everything that's been said!  Almost all of my shopping is done here, I spend a lot of my free time here on the message board, I consider all of the wonderful cherries here as friends!  
What a wonderful place Kristin started and her family continues to run!  I am so thankful for A Cherry on Top!

ACOT IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I DEFINITELY buy 99% of my arts and crafts supplies here now, and have ALWAYS had a good response to any customer service issue I've ever had - which have been very few! 
I'm definitely here on the message boards, and love the Cherries! I'm so grateful I discovered ACOT!

I totally agree! I had several orders on hold but wanted to make one more order to ship along with those orders and Clint waved his magic wand and made it happen! 🪄

I know it wasn’t that easy but I’m sure there are many days he wished he could snap his fingers and magical things would happen!

i have to say i have had very few issues with my many many many ACOT orders over the last 18-20 years, so i haven't had much experience with customer service, but it's so nice knowing that if i do have an issue, it will be taken care of.

I totally agree with all of this! They truly are an amazing company and an amazing group of people. Not only is the store and customer service amazing, but they have created this wonderful crafty community that I am so happy to be a part of. I have met so many crafty besties, thanks to ACOT.

I totally agree! Besides the AWESOME customer service and incredible store, I have to add that cherry hunting for points has become my pastime! It helps me buy things quicker and with the sales I can afford more! That makes a HUGE difference! 

And this forum has become home for me. There are so many amazing people here! I’ve made some lifelong friends and I’m so very glad I found ACOT!!!!!

This post is just AMAZING!  Sharing how wonderful ACOT is feels so good!  Love this craft store, message board and cherries so much!  I absolutely love the the shop and save up for free shipping.  Sometimes I see a deal and I wanted to snag it, but shipping would be more than the item.  So now I can buy 1 thing and add it to stash to ship later!  It's perfect solution to the rising costs in shipping.

Hunting for cherries is also a favorite to see new product and what's on sale!  Such a great saving gift ACOT shares with us!

And the customer services is the BEST all around - top notch!!
