Scrap a Day, April 1st
Wow. April 1st already Cherries. Where did March go? I have a busy day today. A dermatology appointment this morning and an eye doctor appointment this afternoon. In between I want to get a pot roast in the crock pot and I have laundry still sitting in the washer and dryer due to last nights power outage. I will be getting the Master List up today as my power is back. No clue why it went out as it was just a small section of houses and our wiring is all underground. So frustrating to see lights up the street and behind us. I’m thinking maybe a transformer blew. Who knows. But it’s back now so I’m happy about that.

Have a great day Cherries.

Glad your power is back!  We have high winds and our lines are all underground too and have been most fortunate in the passing storm.

Well, in true Ohio fashion, I start April with a temp of 31 degrees and a wind chill of 22!!!!!

Nothing on the agenda for me today except to get my April challenges posted!

Have a great day ALL!

OCD is not an adjective.  It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized.  It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. 💙 I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son. 💙

VERY WINDY AGAIN!  We had a passing thunderstorm last night and the temps dropped from 80 yesterday to 50 today.  Crazy Spring weather.  Working on my craft space today...purging a bunch of stuff for the give away table at the crop I'm going to at the end of the month.  So...much...stuff that I haven't used, don't use and won't use.  Anyone interested in a collection of Heartfelt Creation Stamps?  Some are brand new and others have been used once.

This weather has been up and down, back and forth all winter!  I'm ready for some consistent temps (at least 70) for a while!

Happy April fools Day!

We have the same weather as many of you, crazy thunderstorms and wind last night and now much colder. My garden is a sea of yellow with the daffodils and other flowers. I try to for a different scheme each year and this year I'm going to try for yellow and orange but I always have the yellow daffodils this time of year.

I have some people coming over to look at some of my mother in law's artwork for possible donation. She passed about a year ago and there are hundreds of paintings, although I only have about 20 here for the people to look at.

Other than that, I have laundry going, and closing out my March challenge and posting my Passover challenges. And I'll get out for a walk later when it warms up.

Have a great day and don't get fooled!

I know all about the transformers blowing, Barb! Glad your power is back on! ☺️ It definitely seems to make a busy day busier when these things happen! 😜
I hope all your appointments go well and that your roast comes out delicious - I bet it does! 😉
Have a blessed day, Barb! 💐

Hey Cherries! 😊
😳 Can't believe it's ALREADY April 1st! Anyone see which way March ran? 😂 Feels like we blinked and now it's a new month!
I relaxed yesterday and didn't get much done at all! 😂 I DID watch A Complete Unknown, about Bob Dylan in the 60s. It was VERY GOOD! ☺️ I'm a huge Dylan fan, though, so I might be biased! 😉
Today I'm looking through the new challenges, ordering groceries and making a few phone calls. I have therapy at 5 and that's about it.
Might tidy up or do something crafty! Was gonna do laundry but it's supposed to rain now so I need to check the extended forecast and see what's new lol!

Stay blessed, Cherries! 🍒 ❤️☺️

Definitely temperamental spring weather around here, too Vicki! 😂
You had me at stamps lol I don't need more stamps but I can't tell you I'm not interested in what they look like because I am and stamps are a special weakness of mine! 😂
I'm proud of you for purging, though, because you KNOW it's not always easy! Taking things to the donate table at the crop is VERY nice!! When is your crop? I bet you have so fun much fun!!! 😊
Have a wonderful day, Vicki! 💝

The wild and windy March once more
Has shut his gates of sleet,
And given us back the April-time,
So fickle and so sweet.
–Alice Cary (1820–71)

lol. Good poem but I don’t think March has shut its door.   grey, windy, cold and wet here today.  A lot of the same yesterday.  My Day trip into the foothills yesterday was cancelled.

nothing today but a pedi late afternoon  and a trip to the drugstore.  Have a cozy indoors kind of Tuesday

Wow!!!  That crazy spring weather!  We used to go to Columbus every Easter to visit my aunt and uncle and cousins.  One year it was late in April and we were at Old Man's Cave and it started snowing like crazy!  Hope your weather warms up soon!
