Hey Cherries. I went to bed way too late last night watching the final two episodes of Yellowstone. I’m really tired so going to get some more sleep. After hitting 79 degrees yesterday we are back down in the 40s. And cloudy. I hope to scrap later today after getting some more sleep and hopefully shaking off the lazies.

Yellowstone is a good show, Barb! LOL I thought Omer and I had watched it all but now I'm thinking maybe not lol I'll have to catch up sometime!
I certainly understand the tired! The back and forth weather doesn't help!

Hey Cherries .
Just having some coffee. It's about 60 out, and we're expecting storms today. Good day for me to be at work, then!  
They had to let a cashier go at work, which means more hours for me, so I'm happy about that! (I mean, it is awful that this girl lost her job but she was doing things that get you fired!)
I can't believe it's already the end of March! I STILL haven't worked on my collage some more! (Maybe I'll rewind it?) 

I'm off Monday and Tuesday and plan on getting some more things done around here. I'd like to at LEAST have most of my scrap stuff in the middle room!  Not everything is going to fit in there, but I'm gonna make room in my room! It's hard living in so much chaos but I have plenty of boxes and a fresh box of black garbage bags!  

Anyway I'm looking forward to having some scrappy time in April!!

Got my groceries yesterday and a much needed haircut. The grandson had his quiet afternoon here. Made him lunch- 2 sandwiches, a dish of fruit and a hot cross bun and he gobbled it all up. I spent the afternoon creating. I need to calculate all the numbers for challenges today. I know I have done over 30 layouts. Won’t be scrapping tomorrow as the minion will be here. She lost her first tooth last night. It was hardly moving just a week ago when I had her. She is growing up way too fast. After a pot of yummy chili yesterday I need to figure out something for tonight.

Weather here is also like a yoyo. We never got out of the 30’s yesterday and not much different for today. Cloudy and grey out.

I'm glad you had a good time with the grandson, and too cute that the minion has lost her first tooth! They do grow SO fast!

You've done so many challenges this month, Leslee, I'm so impressed! I KNOW it feels good to do that too many, too, so that's a bonus!

We stayed up watching March Madness basketball!  And 81 yesterday, and now 41 feels like 29!  We just took Winter clothes down and brought Summer upstairs! LOL
Hope you get some more sleep.  I am thinking this is nap day after church and dinner.

Congratulations on so many layouts done!  I have done 16.  Maybe I could get another done before tomorrow night.

Leslee, I had to lol at how much your grandson ate! I remember when Steve and I first got married and his 3 sons would spend summers with us. I’d go to the store after work for a week of groceries. I’d get them all put away, change my clothes and by the time I came back out most of the food would be gone!!!! It always baffled me!

Off earlier to pick up DGD and a couple of her friends and took them to DGD's recital while her mom was at lacrosse with her brother.  Home now and having some lunch.  Then I need to photograph a few projects for challenges.

It’s another nice spring day here. The air is still cold but it’s much better than it was. We took a walk on part of the property last night. It was nice but I have to be so careful!! 

I got the companion page finished last night. It turned out so well!!! I have to post it next. I’m going to spend much of the day playing. 

But I may have to stop to watch the kitchen sink for leaks when Steve turns on the water system! We’re VERY close! It will be a few more days before I get hot water but that’s okay!!! I’ve been waiting as long time for this! Lololol!

It had a long hiatus from Jan 2023 to Nov 2024 I think due to the writers strike. Peacock had everything up until the last episode in Jan 2023 so that was as far as I was able to watch since I've been streaming it. I kept stalking Peacock until I saw last week the final episodes that started in Nov 2024 were finally posted. Been binging it the last few nights and last night I was determined to finish it.

DS is still watching March Madness, although most of the thrill is gone since his Terrapins are out of it. He still watches though. But I just watched the Maryland games. Our weather is the same. T-shirt and flip flops yesterday. Socks and cozy slippers today. Crazy weather.

Hola cherries! Been busy again this weekend. After groceries yesterday, my brother texted me asking if we had any plans because Draven woke up early and insisted he come over to see us. LOL. We were planning on doing our taxes after putting away groceries, so we made plans with them to come over anytime after 1pm. We ate breakfast, got our taxes done and while doing that, DH suggested we grill burgers or sometlhing if we were going to have them over around lunchtime. My brother and SIL were cool with that, so we defrosted some ground venison while we did our taxes. Once done, we ran to the grocery store for hamburger buns, some chips, and hot dogs/buns since we didn't think the boys' would want to eat a burger. Came home, and we both started tidying up around the house. They came over and the kiddos went straight towards the back yard to go see Uncle Rob. After about an hour, we all came inside except DH and my brother. My SIL and I got to catch up all while watching the boys. Li'l Anton is growing up so fast and he's talking more and more. And the other 3 are also doing good.

The burgers were amazing and the boys enjoyed the hot dogs. My SIL picked up a veggie tray on their way, so that was nice to have some healthly too. They left at 7 and boy were we exhausted! Relaxed with some TV until bedtime. Slept in this morning and I did laundry since I didn't do it yesterday. Afterwards, been in my room cleaning up, putting things away and DH helped me put my WRMKs Project Cart together. I also even got the latest ACOT done!



Hoping to get another layout done, or at least started.

Stormy and rainy most of the night.  No rain now but very grey and overcast.  And boy howdy is the wind blowing. Gusts up to 30mph all last night and still today! Expected to be like this about 3 more days too. 

some neighbors and I have plans to go up into foothills to a small town for some antique/junk store shopping tomorrow and then lunch at a wonderful pub.   But not sure now with this weather.  Those mountainy roads are a bit narrow  and by end of winter like this in need of a bit of repair.  Guess we’ll see.  lol

had a microwaved cuppa something called cheeseburger macaroni made by hamburger helper for lunch today. Now nibbling on Tate’s thin crispy walnut chocolate chip cookies.  And lazy old woman that I am, picked up some Panera broccoli cheddar soup while at grocery yesterday which will be my dinner tonight.  lol.
