Scrap a Day, March 17th

Hey Cherries. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️ Rainy day here today. It rained all night and will continue on today. My graphic design challenge is almost ready to go up. I’ll get that posted today and close out last month’s. Laundry on the agenda too. I have to do an online driver safety course for a deduction on my insurance so a rainy laundry day is the perfect day to get it done.

Have a great day Cherries.

Good morning Barb. We have very comfortable temps - low 50s now, clear blue skies. Warming up to 80 🌞

Went on my walk this morning - but only 20 minutes instead of the 45 mins I was doing prior to surgery. DH went with me just in case I started to feel bad. I even picked up my pace. Did pretty good. Got home and DH went to work. I took my shower, threw a load of doggie blankets in the washer and even dusted the living room. Still need to vacuum the living room. I've also been working since 7:30 at my desk and got up once to stretch my legs. My goal today (actually this week) is to work 100% at my desk and go on my walk every morning. 20 mins is better than nothing. Dr said I can start (gentle) yoga at the 8 week mark. Figured I'd get my body moving a little more with the walking....then in a couple of weeks, try yoga.

Anywho...nothing else going on with me. Just trying to ease into routine again.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Top of the morning to you Cherries!  💚 Just watched Rory win the Players.  Great win for that Irish boy on St. Patrick’s Day.  Headed out for our walk.  Sunny and 55 here.  Grandkids this afternoon until 8:30.

It’s a sunny morning here this St. Patrick’s Day, but only 29 degrees out. Someday it will warm up. Today is cleaning day. Will get started here and send the DH out to coffee. Wind is already blowing so not sure walking is on the agenda today. We shall see. Need to figure out dinner too!

And need to photograph a couple of layouts. And upload them. Especially with the sun shinning!

Hey Cherries 😊
Work kicked my tail yesterday - and I've got that cold I've been trying to fight off! Sore throat last night and woke up to icky chills and aches and a slight fever this morning. Ate some mandarins and then went back to sleep for a little bit.
I have the next few days off work and am planning on resting today. I need to get better quickly; I have so much to do! 🤷🏻
Our temps dropped yesterday and it was 33° last night! Warmed up to the lower 50s again. Haven't even checked the weather for today. It's overcast though.
I DID watch a cute movie on Netflix last night, called The Electric State. DEFINITELY appropriate for the kiddos lol I'm remembering my nephews tell me about it lol! VERY cute!
Happy St Patty's Day, Cherries! 🍒 ❤️

Just a little tip.  Get some Airborne to boost your immune system up.  Works well.

Erin Go Bragh!

cold grey rainy day. Supposed to last through the day and early evening like this.  Then poof tomorrow back to spring like weather .

I got out in that garage yesterday and cleaned for a couple hours.  Not totally done yet but it looks so much better. Then lol rewarded myself with Taco Bell for Sunday supper.  lol

i need to go to the post office today and that’s about it.  Also need a couple bday cards for next week so thinking some time spent at the craft table too.

have a lucky day!  🍀 🍀

It got cold enough here last night to freeze everything. Spring keeps trying to pop up but winter won’t let go. Hope your spring arrives soon Leslee!!!
