Remember when that was the big thing? All those fancy/textured yarns and people were doing swaps?
I never got into doing swaps but I did end up with quite a few different ones from other people.    I used my little cricut and the capital i from the Base Camp cartridge and made my own bobbins to wind my yarns around. They're organized in sliding pencil cases.

Yes!  I had so many of the BG fibers in my stash.  I used all of them except one piece of ribbon that I've had forever.  After BG went away, I joined a ribbon club, Really Reasonable Ribbon, and purchased from there.  Great collections but now I don't use much on projects.

Oh yes! I did ALLLLL the swaps lol. I still have a lunchbox full of them. I used the little bobbins from my cross-stitching to keep track of them. And this gives my original 1970s Charlie's Angels metal lunchbox new life, haha!

Yes!  I still have gobs of them, because our local craft store always had them on sale if you bought the big roll.  Especially the "eyelash" fibers. lol  I usually only use them on tags, though, so I definitely don't need them. lol

I still have some adornaments fibers in black. I have tons of various other twines, ribbons, etc. I love all the things!

Fibers used to be my favorite embellishment!!

I still have quite a few too. I don’t use them much anymore. I have about 6 gallon bags full of ribbons and fibers…. All stuffed in together. Adornaments were my fav!!!

I STILL HAVE LOTS OF RIBBON AND DMC FLOSS AND A FEW FIBERS BUT RARELY USE THEM.............. JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THEM ON MAINLY MALE LO'S OR KITTY LO'S....................... I ALSO USE THEM ON TAGS WHICH I DON'T USE A LOT OF EITHER....................... VALERIE

saved mine in my colors, only.  I try to use them in junk journals.

I have a lot. I should use them more. Maybe this post will make me pull my boxes out. I used to do wet felting a few years ago with slow stitching. When I changed craft rooms in my house, I packed it all up for easy transport and haven’t looked at them since.
