Hey Cherries. Lazy Sunday here. We are headed for 39 degrees today. It’s a heat wave! Lol. Only plans for today are to make some cards and hoping to scrap too. But that will be after I shake off the lazies.

Relaxing day for me today.  I am spending the entire day crafting.  Currently working on Step 3 of the Progressive Challenge and then working on a couple of others that I hope to finish before the end of January. 

After a busy day yesterday, I am planning for a quiet day, too!

I got the shortbread cookies made to take out to Seattle DD. In a box to get packed in the luggage.
Also picked up majorly in my scrap space as I am headed out of town on Wed. I packed up my bag with tools and such needed for my cruise. And worked on a Valentine for the class Vicki was requesting for.
I crashed early last night and actually slept in for me.

Need to make a list of things I want to wear when I am away. Crazy having to pack for 2 extremes. It’s cool and damp in Seattle and then crazy hot in the Caribbean. Looking forward to some warmer temps. Loading up with Air Borne before I travel. Hope to stay healthy.

Need to figure out what for dinner. Have been making meals that we eat and the leftovers go in the freezer for Curtis for while I am gone. Otherwise he won’t really cook for himself. He thinks fried egg sandwiches are good for every night.

I'm trying to play catch up on my challenges and then will be making dinner in the crockpot. I'm trying a new recipe for baked ziti in the crockpot. My 100% Italian friend is appalled at this but I'm going to give it a try because the rest of the day will be spent watching FOOTBALL!!

Good morning cherries. Been super busy, what's new. LOL. Got a bunch of errands ran yesterday, on top of doing all the laundry and cleaning up my office. Sorted some pictures I had ordered too. This morning, slept in a bit and unloaded the dishwasher. DH and I made breakfast and I just finished Step #3 of the Progressive Challenge. Love how it's coming along so far. Definetely looking forward to next step!

No other plans except scrapping. Next to do is the Weekly Sketches! Love that Rachel is including cards too.

Hey Cherries 
I did a little watercolor painting my feelings yesterday. Also cleaned out a couple of drawers from the bedroom- put it all in boxes for the grands to go through together when they all come again. Hoarded miscellaneous and I can't EVEN. (STILL couldn't find the keys to the Suzuki! Not that it matters right now since it's not working but STILL!)
Time oozes by then the next thing I know it's been a few hours. I'm hanging in there. I go back to work tomorrow for a few hours. I need to get more hours and right now am just taking what they give me. I think it will good for me to go back to work. I've only got about 2 months worth of bill money; I'm blessed to have that, I know! 
DGD Courtney and her boyfriend Zack say they're wanting to help pay their share, so we'll see. I'm trying to not be anxious, and weird. It's all weird in my world right now.

Lazy, lazy, lazy today!!  Our new bedroom furniture was delivered yesterday and I am in love but trying to adjust to a new mattress. Everything aches today and very little sleep. Today is all about laundry and football, that's it.  Wishing everyone a warm and happy day

I got the weekly layout sketch done. Used an older collection I got from Hobby Lobby. Fussy cut the hot air balloon with the animals as it was smack dab in the middle of the pattern paper! This photo just melts my heart!

Sunny and clear blue skies again.  The little rain passed through quickly.  Didn’t do much for us here in the valley but picked up momentum and dumped a fair amount of snow  up higher in the foothills/mountains.  Made the ski resorts happy.   Going to be 57 today and 27 tonight. Brrrrr

nothing much going on today. Leftovers for dinner. Either do some tidying up or make cards. Less than 3 weeks until St. Valentine’s Day so maybe get a start on cards for that .  Ambivalent about it really.

We've been calling it a heat wave too LOL! I've been doing some copy editing, working on the progressive challenge, and am now doing my ironing while watching the Eagles

What an adorable layout and it’s perfect for this picture!!! Fussy cutting that paper was a great idea Brandy!!!

Haha! But it's the playoffs! I'm rooting for the Eagles and the Bills today.
