Shapes or those sticker ones....
Do you buy them? Use them much?

I have rarely bought any. I think a lot of what I have was probably given to me one way or another. Like a RAK or in a prize or something. When I have used them, I tend to split them up if they're thick. So if it's a printed sticker one, I'll peel the top off so it's not so thick (but a bit thicker than just the print itself. I cut into it with a craft knife.) Those 'naked' shape ones I've split in half and you get twice the shapes that way. I'm not much of a chipboard user but I really need to try and use some of what I have a bit more. (along with the ribbon, lace, eyelets, enamel dots, brads, do-dads and whatnots.....  )

I love lumpy bumpy cuz it’s like me… I have started making things LESS bumpy. Those bulky flowers are just TOO big. I do buy chipboard elements.  They tend not to be quite as thick as they used to be. I love that they’re done for me and all I have to do is put them on my page!!!

I have a set of very strange chipboard shapes.  I cannot even identify most of them.  I don't mind dimension.  I mind that they are naked and I don't get great results with covering them in any way.  I acquired mine that same way - a prize or RAK, I know for certain I did not choose them for myself.

I should use them though...  or give them wings.

I have a bunch of the naked chipboard shapes and I never seem to work them into my paper layouts, because of the work to paint or cover them. lol. I think I should just spread out a bunch and spray paint them with a variety of colors. Then, I might be more likely to use them.  Hmmm…..

Maybe you could get a spray primer and then mist some of them! Or just use gesso and a mini paint roller to prime a bunch at once.   Get your hands on a sticky mat to hold them.

I have lots of printed and naked chipboard! I like it all. I can paint - color- add to the naked if I want.

I like them, though I'm not a big fan of the bulk. I do buy the naked ones and have fun adding color, etc. Most of the printed ones were part of a collection kit, RAK, or warehouse box. I usually end up peeling off layers to make them flat...unless a challenge specifies chipboard-chipboard. Then I just suck it up and have a lumpy layout...which is fine too!

Oh I like anything chipboard,but I hate paying extra for the exact same stickers in releases in different styles of backings.  You get more bang for your buck with the plain stickers than when they simply have them printed on chipboard or puffy stickers.

I have tons of naked chipboard.  90% are some type of frame.  I use them often.  My layouts are always bulky.  I paint them, so it takes several coats and at least a day to dry, which can be annoying.

The pre-printed chipboard I use occasionally.   If they come with a collection or they are Simple Stories.

I have a plethora of chipboard going back at least 15 years to Lil' Davis, Autumn Leaves and so many others.  It includes naked chipboard, covered chipboard, wood and other chippie laser cuts.  I really need to purge them from my stash because I just don't use them any more.  I do love and use the CB words that are trending now like the ones designed by Katie for 49&Market.
