Inquiring Mind Seeks Insight
It took me all weekend to come to a decision and I decided that I'm going to do it. I'm going to do this thing! That's not all I decided over the weekend (aside from cutting my hair short before the end of fall.. maybe. Making decisionsis hard!). I decided that although the first two albums documenting Christmas day are handmade, interactive, mini, paper photo albums, I no longer want to make them. It's a lot of work and I don't get to the decorating part (the fun part) until the very end. I used to enjoy the thrill of the make but that was 3 kids ago lol Truly, I don't have the time or the ability to sit long periods of time at 5 months pregnant lol Also, I'm on a mission to get things done after being out of my craft room all summer. I like to call it nesting, my DH calls it crazy. Instead, I will opt to purchase the albums for... (insert drum roll here) DECEMBER DAILY!! Once I made that decision, I started to get really excited about this ongoing project! After doing a little research though, it seems that there is a general concept, type of album and even some kits available for December daily.

I was hoping to get ANY tips or info from those of you who have dabbled in or are fully submerged in December daily. Do you use December daily kits? What type of album do you use? What manufacturer do you get your supplies from? Any insight to this new endeavor would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Inquiring Mind Seeks Insight
lol!!! Good for you on making decisions, sometimes that’s the hardest thing to do!
I have done many different Dec daily following their daily prompts. I have since modified and came up with a list that works for me and my traditions and likes! They are in my gallery.
I don’t have time right now to give details but I do a mix of  full 12 x 12 and the pocket pages , I have always added in smaller 8 x 8 pages as well.  I have a couple of smaller albums as well- 8 x 8 and last year a 6 x 8.
you do you and what makes you happy !

I love your enthusiasm!!  LOL!  I have tried a DD in the past x 2.  The first didn't go well at all.  The second is still waiting for the last 2 pages to get finished.     As hard as I try, I can't get into them.  Making sure I have a new photo for each day gets away from me quickly.  I used a TN for mine which I thought was a good size.  I printed the mini photos and it was much easier than trying to do a normal size LO.

Here's a couple of pages from my gallery.  And, that's all I ever posted.  However, it's done except for the last 2 pages.
